My Thoughts:
Since I started reading romance there are some authors that I always go back and Maya Banks is one of them. She has very different books and this series explains pretty much how good she is creating a good and believable contemporary romance.
We all know that it’s not necessary a marriage these days only because of a pregnancy, but I do understand since the very beginning of this book why Cam thinks these is very important. He has suffered a lot in his life and now once all that he wants is sex, suddenly Pippa got pregnant in a one night stand.
Pippa is fun, strong and independent woman, but she suffer during this book, because Cam doesn’t trust her his secrets and his actions are a bit on the wrong side. Don’t get me wrong, but he usually finds a way to get things just as he want them.
I loved Cam trusting someone and trying to overcome some of his feelings and most important, Pippa was perfect and did things to make her life for the first time as she wanted not someone else. Just think Cam could have make things right and treated Pippa better since the pregnancy started.
