Rabid Reads - Cover Love

The Rules: Choose a cover (or two, or three), preferably new-ish, and share what you like about it. Grab my graphic or don't (just so long as you link back). I'll be posting Cover Love every Monday but feel free to post yours on whatever day works best for you.

Another two week books. There are great series around but I don’t have time to read them all, so this week I’ll show to books that released their cover these days and will add them to the wishlist.

I like some dystopia stories, and this one sounds really different. The cover shows the two bodies sort of following each other. Fits the summary and is intriguing.

Would you live through the ultimate test of survival?

The city of Kersh is a safe haven, but the price of safety is high. Everyone has a genetic Alternate—a twin raised by another family—and citizens must prove their worth by eliminating their Alts before their twentieth birthday. Survival means advanced schooling, a good job, marriage—life.

Fifteen-year-old West Grayer has trained as a fighter, preparing for the day when her assignment arrives and she will have one month to hunt down and kill her Alt. But then a tragic misstep shakes West’s confidence. Stricken with grief and guilt, she’s no longer certain that she’s the best version of herself, the version worthy of a future. If she is to have any chance of winning, she must stop running not only from her Alt, but also from love . . . though both have the power to destroy her.

I love the cover design in this series. All show different flowers but made from shadows. For this book is a gorgeous flower made from water. Beautiful.

Aiden's novella

Aiden St. Delphi will do anything to save Alex.
Even if it means doing the one thing he will never forgive himself for.
Even if it means making war against the gods.

Great choices! I love how in Dualed her weapons are closer to the body but in the shadow they are pointed out ready to fight. Thank you for stopping by my blog!
