My Thoughts:

My first though after finishing this book is that title gave me a different idea for what would happen. I really though about zombies, don’t know why. Anyway, the book is more like a better glimpse for what this town really is. When Claire start learning more about vampires and how they live, and of course she also has to deal with Monica, the sicko.

The pace in this book is faster than the first at least for me, probably because we’ve been introduced to the characters and now the action is more than story. Monica is back and continues with her nonstop drama. Plus Claire and Shane are now a couple, more or less.

New vampires make this book, a lot of fun, and the end was so not what I expected, and totally made me insane for the next book. Shane was a bad boy and I really though he was a great guy.
